GSSW Lunch & Learn

The GSSW Practicum Education Office will be offering a Lunch & Learn for current Baylor GSSW internship supervisors on "Meeting in the Middle:  Generational Differences and Building Effective Supervisory Relationships". This training will explore how generational differences can shape professional norms, strengths, communication styles, expectations, feedback preferences, and approaches to authority within supervisory relationships. Participants will learn practical, evidence-informed strategies for adapting supervision across generations while building strong, collaborative supervisory relationships.

Current Baylor GSSW internship supervisors and Baylor faculty and staff can earn 2 hours of ethics CEUs (licensed social workers and LPCs) for free.
