2016 Baylor Law graduate, Lacey Stevenson, represents clients in both Texas and Oklahoma in matters regarding a wealth of gift planning issues.

Lacey received her J.D. from Baylor Law School in 2016 and her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2019, where she served as a senior staff editor for the NYU Tax Law Review.

Ms. Stevenson has extensive experience as a tax attorney with particular emphasis on matters involving fiduciaries, trusts, and high net worth individuals and their families. Her experience includes drafting a variety of estate planning documents, preparing federal gift and estate tax returns, and assisting clients with transfer tax planning, judicial and non-judicial trust modifications, probate matters, the creation and administration of business entities, and pre-marital and post-marital property issues.

Lacey's expertise makes her a sought-after speaker on all matters concerning estate planning and its corresponding tax scenarios, and the Baylor Office of Gift Planning is pleased to welcome her to our event.
